ARTE SIN LIMITES STUDIO / GALLERY
In the trendy Gallery-area of the "Mesdagkwartier" you will find the latest newcomer: "ARTE SIN LIMITES".
This is the Studio/Gallery of artist Eugenie van Raaij and is located at 71 Anna Paulownastraat.
Coincidentally, the artist and collector Henrik Willem Mesdag lived and started his career in this very house. As well as a selection of Eugenie’s own work, ARTE SIN LIMITES aims to exhibit contemporary art from international artists.
The Foundation ARTE SIN LIMITES
On her return to Holland, Eugenie started the Foundation ARTE SIN LIMITES (February 2008). The motto of the Foundation is: "ART CONNECTS PEOPLE".
She will offer a podium to international artists in combination with actual theme's in society.
The objective of ARTE SIN LIMITES is to promote the intercultural exchange and tolerance displayed by Holland.
The Foundation aims to promote the interests of foreign artists and children in refugee positions and give them the opportunity to exhibit in the gallery.
The focus of ARTE SIN LIMITES is in the confidence, power and talent of an individual artist with emphasis on their initiative and participation.
This Autumn ARTE SIN LIMITES will be organising an exhibition called: "ART,WOMEN & WINE" on behalf of "THE PINK PROJECT" to benefit the fight against breast cancer. Workshops and seminars will also be organized.
Eugenie is an Artist and a Lawyer, and has lived abroad and worked in an international business environment for the last 12 years. She is also involved in several cultural projects for international organisations and Schools.
